sucker

an Audio Story

Gretchen is your average, midwestern millennial, stretched too thin and consumed by a constant, nagging feeling of never being or having enough. But all that changes, when she signs up to work for TruYouth, a Multi Level Marketing skincare line. But TruYouth is more than just your average scam. It’s run by a coven of energy vampires, who make it their business to suck the life-force our of their downlines. In a world where it’s suck or be sucked, can Gretchen survive this most deadly of pyramid schemes?

SUCKER is a seven-part narrative audio series that takes listeners on a darkly comic descent into the world of hustle culture and modern wellness obsession. Blending satire and supernatural horror, the series explores a society built on constant striving and self-optimization, one that proves to be as predatory as the coven of psychic vampires at its center, eager to drain their downlines of energy, identity, and agency.

The story follows ordinary people grappling with familiar pressures: ambition, insecurity, financial strain, and the desire to believe in something better. By grounding its horror in recognizable emotional realities, SUCKER uses dark humor and genre storytelling to expose how everyday systems of belief and aspiration can quietly turn exploitative, and how the promise of transformation can become a trap.

Steve: The Demon hunter

an ai short film

Haunted by the evil that destroyed his brother, a lone demon hunter patrols Coney Island in search of redemption.

Steve: The Demon Hunter is a documentary-style short film created entirely with AI tools (Runway, Midjourney, Eleven Labs and Sora). It follows a day in the life of a self-proclaimed demon hunter operating on the fringes of New York City.

From solitary nighttime walks along the beach, to intimate house calls, the camera observes Steve as he moves through his rituals and routines. But the longer we remain with him, the clearer it becomes that his crusade is less a profession than a penance. What begins as a portrait of a man battling external evil gradually reveals a more complicated truth: the demons Steve confronts may not all exist outside of him.

Sinchester

A TV Series

A washed-up romance novelist, on the hunt for true love, is framed for a salacious string of murders in her small New England town.

Sinchester is a campy murder mystery set in the coastal New England town of Little Winchester. Think Desperate Housewives with the unease of Twin Peaks. The series moves between lush, overwrought romantic fantasy sequences and a darker, slightly absurd reality.

At the center is Jody Bornstein, a floundering romance novelist in her 50s whose long-running book series, Sinchester, is modeled on the very people who live in her town. When a string of murders begins to mirror scenes from her novels, and those fictional stand-ins start turning up dead in real life, Jody begins to fear she may be implicated.

The new sheriff, Kate Forest, moved from Chicago homicide to Little Winchester in search of something quieter. Instead, she finds a seaside town bursting at the seams with secrets. A town historian has been fabricating local lore for profit. The funeral director carries a grudge against one of the victims. The PTA parents are all sleeping with each other. Beneath the postcard charm, everyone has something to hide.

As news spreads that the crimes resemble Jody’s books, her novels suddenly begin selling again. It is the first success she has seen in years, but the attention feels dangerous. Jody and Kate both begin to suspect that Jody herself may be the killer’s next target.

Forced together by the investigation, Kate and Jody clash, circle each other, and eventually join forces. Long days of questioning and sleepless nights unraveling clues give way to intimacy. As the murders push Jody out of her elaborate inner world and into something real, she is forced to confront the distance between fantasy and truth. Solving the case may require her to let go of the stories she hides behind and risk love in the process.

Sinkhole

A TV Series

SINKHOLE is a salacious, campy, thriller set in the Orlando, Florida sex dungeon scene. Rhonda, an abuse survivor, teams up with a psychic detective to get revenge on the scum and lowlifes that inhabit their swampy, swampy city.

Rhonda McBroom is 6’2”, built like a powerlifter, and afraid to take up space. After fleeing the biker gang that raised her, she hides in plain sight in Orlando, drifting between humiliating jobs and chasing the fantasy of a “normal” life.

When Tammy, the owner of a local sex dungeon, recruits Rhonda to become a “crusher” (a dominatrix paid to physically overpower clients) Rhonda steps into a world where her size is finally an asset. Inside the dungeon, she begins to reclaim her power. But the past resurfaces. The dungeon operates under the shadow of the same violent biker syndicate Rhonda escaped years ago. One deadly mistake pulls her into the orbit of Noreen Reindeer, a struggling psychic detective desperate for relevance.

As alliances form and consequences mount, the series asks: in a world determined to diminish you, what does it mean to take up space, and how far will you go to keep it?

A darkly comic, neo-noir thriller set in the swamps of Florida, the series explores power, shame, and chosen family on society’s fringes.

The Waves of Avalon

An audio story

A hard-luck detective returns to his idyllic seaside hometown to solve the murder of his former sweetheart and discovers a town of secrets, scandals, and seductions that threaten to break both his case and his heart.

The Waves of Avalon is a tongue-and-cheek noir parody with a hefty dose of soap opera melodramatics. At the heart of the series is Lebrawn Coldpatch, a washed-up detective forced to face old demons after the brutal murder of his high school sweetheart Alabaster Goldcrest. He returns to Avalon, a quaint, seaside hamlet lost in time, where he discovers Alabaster was no longer the sweet flower he once plucked but, a glamorous socialite with a long list of enemies. He must learn to set aside his personal feelings in order to think with a clear head—or clear enough, after three slugs of whiskey. It’s not only Coldpatch’s head that gets challenged, but also his heart. He meets his match in vivacious Dusty Brannigan, who sets out on her own mission to expose the murderer. As they navigate the waves of the ocean of truth, they must also battle the rough-and-tumble winds of romance if they are ever to find their way to one another. Guided by the sardonic storytelling of the verbose narrator, the audience listens in as Avalonians desperately try to cover their dirty secrets. Each episode leads the listener closer to the solution of the main mystery while offering countless steamy thrills and red herrings. Everyone in Avalon has been naughty, and Coldpatch is the one to deal out the spankings.
